All streets in the Southfield Estates Subdivision without curb and gutter. 2. All streets in the Liberty Heights Subdivision without curb and gutter. 3. All streets in the Arthur Plat. 4. City of Sheboygan INVITATION FOR BIDS # 2032-23 DELAND PARK SIGN WITH MONUMENT BASE The City of Sheboygan is soliciting sealed bids for the final design, fabrication and installation of an electronic message board sign with monument base sign to replace a current sign located on Broughton Drive near the intersection with Ontario Avenue in the City of Sheboygan. The sign will be used for full color messaging as well as to provide warnings to swimmers when rip-tide conditions exist on Lake Michigan. The current sign and base structure will be replaced. The chosen Contractor will be responsible for all facets of the construction including the connection to existing electrical power, provision of software masonry base, erection of the sign and related restoration of the landscape. The Contractor will also be required to provide training in the operation of the sign and related software. The City will provide connectivity with a third-party wireless Internet provider. CITY OF WAUSAU OFFICIAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Public Works of the City of Wausau that it will receive sealed bids for the following project: 2023 RIVERSIDE RAIL CORRIDOR SOIL DISPOSAL PROJECT Soil Excavation/Disposal 1,600 Ton Contract documents for this project may be viewed online or downloaded at www.questcdn.com. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is 8420494. There is a non-refundable fee of $42.00 for each set of Contract Documents. For this project bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of the bid advertisement. (The on-line bid button will be available when the project is published and ready for bid submitting.) Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. CDT on April 18, 2023. The City's consultant will be present for the meeting to answer informal questions concerning the site investigation and planned remediation. Questions regarding the bid request documents shall be submitted to the City of Wausau by April 4, 2023, 1:00 p.m. CDT. Responses to questions and any clarifications will be published as an addendum to the bid request. The City of Wausau reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to award a contract in the best interest of the City of Wausau. A Performance Bond and also a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price, together with an executed contract in form prescribed by the City of Wausau will be required of the successful bidder.
